Each employee record carries a structured monthly salary (basic, HRA, allowances, special allowance) that payroll runs build on. Working hours and overtime flow directly from attendance, so payslips reflect what actually happened on the ground.

Employees download their payslips from the self-service portal at any time, and administrators can run, review and export payroll. For manpower-supply operations, billed amounts flow into client invoicing so operations and finance stay in sync.
