HPAI is a role-aware assistant built into every portal. Administrators can ask about HR operations, employees about their own policies and records, and clients about their deployed workforce — each conversation is framed by the permissions of the signed-in user.

The assistant runs on a single managed AI provider with strict server-side controls: authentication, per-IP rate limiting, and hard limits on input size. Administrators can manage AI configuration and knowledge-base articles directly from the Admin Console.
